Gino Brogdon Jr. is an accomplished mediator recognized for his expertise in resolving complex civil disputes. With a legal foundation from the University of Georgia School of Law, he has dedicated his career to advancing mediation as a primary means of dispute resolution. Since beginning his mediation practice in 2015, Brogdon has facilitated over 1,500 mediations, accumulating more than 6,000 hours of experience in conflict resolution.
As a leading figure in the mediation community, Brogdon is a certified mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals. His contributions to the field extend beyond the mediation room—he is a sought-after lecturer, sharing his insights with future legal professionals at the University of Georgia School of Law’s Mediation Clinic and CEASE Clinic (2019-2024). He also educates judges and professionals through the Kennesaw State University School of Conflict Management.

His impact on the industry has earned him recognition as the #1 mediator in Georgia by the Daily Report in 2023 (and #3 in 2024).
Beyond mediation, Brogdon is an innovator in the legal tech space. In 2020, he co-founded FourthParty, a cutting-edge practice management platform designed to enhance efficiency for mediators and courts. FourthParty has quickly gained national recognition, becoming a finalist at the American Bar Association’s 2022 TechShow, named a Google for Startups Portfolio Company in 2021 and receiving investment from Techstars JP Morgan Chase in 2024.
