Gino has experience in mediating cases that involve general civil litigation, contract disputes, land disputes, defamation and slander, construction and business litigation and civil rights violations.

He knows that some cases will always need to see a Courtroom, but most cases can be resolved when parties are empowered to make decisions as they sit face to face. Even if mediation is unsuccessful, Gino follows up with the parties to ensure he is keeping everyone on the path to resolution.
